Pros

Co-workers, depending on manager there is some flexibility

Cons

Management does not care about employees. There is a complete lack of organization. There is also zero training and zero accountability. Attendance is a very strict points system with zero understanding of the fact that we are humans with lives. Also there was zero communication, understanding, concern, or thoughtfulness when dealing with the Covid pandemic. The pay is low and there is little to no chance for upward movement.

Thank you for your feedback however it is difficult to know how to address a comment without any detail regarding which of the twelve facilities you are referring to. Can we suggest a chat with your local line manager, or if you have concerns about doing that a chat with your local HR team? If you don't feed comfortable doing that then please feel free to send a confidential message via the website, even if you don't identify yourself it would be helpful to understand why you feel this way after such a long time as an employee.

Pros

1st shift is bosses and leads looking to keep their job. While they're not at the top of the hill, they're not at the bottom. Guess who is....Many 1st shift have been there forever and act like it. 2nd gets more work done and is less political and smoother.

Cons

You work at Doncasters.... Management is Investor's who know nothing about manufacturing. The managers barely know much about running a manufacturing business.
