Pros
I could not be happier working at Donegal! From the top down, everyone genuinely cares about one another and, even at the executive level, knows you by name. I get to handle my own book of business and am given the authority and discretion to truly own the results, which is both challenging & rewarding. Each day is different and I truly enjoy waking up each day to come in to work!
Cons
A lot of projects and initiatives, which is good, but need to slow down. New system integration is resulting in working with multiple systems, but over time it will get better.
