Pros
Good work life balance depending on your department. Almost all the managers have an open door policy so you can talk to your direct or a skip-level supervisor with ease and without judgement. Donegal is modernizing it's procedures and systems so they're not getting "left behind" in the industry, which helps when you're coming from other carriers with newer systems.
Cons
Pay is below average unless you're in a sales-centric or management position. Hard to get a good raise with just skills in other positions. While Donegal is attempting to make up for it's short comings through modernization in procedures and systems, there is a lack of encouragement from the leadership to accept the changes and the training behind it which is counterproductive.
