Pros
The only good reasons I can see to work for them are because they pay for your lunch. That's really about it. Other than that, the people you'll be working with are typically very friendly, and you have a lot of freedom to try to make things happen the way you see fit.
Cons
- Management is very disrespectful to their employees. They lie about expectations, they finesse your paychecks, and they try to play you against your fellow man - They have a bad habit of pumping and dumping employees they don't particularly like. And yes, these employees I've witnessed, do their job superbly - It's essentially factory work but on steroids. You will learn some new things, but they're going to break your back while they're at it - There is very little structure. They really don't have much of an idea what their vision is for their environment, so you're on your own figuring it out
