Pros
-working remote for the time being -fun culture -free dash pass -tons of overtime -VERY diverse -managers care and listen
Cons
-absolutely no incentives or bonuses, stock payouts, no 401K matching, nothing -the employees are given the BARE minimum, and when I say BARE I mean BARE minimum . . I have worked at MANY top companies, and this is by far the company with the worst benefits I have ever seen in my career and I am not entry level -The SME's who aren't "real" managers, but just a special sticker they receive for busting their butt as a customer service rep will act like your manager and boss you around with absolutely no authority in their role, but because they got a gold sticker they think they're "managers" which is super annoying! -extreme micromanagement .. every little action you take has to be recorded, even if you go to the bathroom, you have to change your status for managers to know .. they monitor every dial you make, they listen to every single call, the QA department is very strict and grades HARD and if you're a new hire please know your schedule WILL suck and you WILL have to work on the weekends.. I have been with the company for almost 2 years and I have worked EVERY Saturday and Sunday for 2 years since I started which sucks, and so have my coworkers unless you get promoted out.. -the PHONES are the worst part.. you talk to the representatives in the Philippines all day who have broken english and are completely clueless, back to back calls, which makes the job overwhelming and HIGH TURNOVER -The benefits like sick time and PTO do NOT refill in January like most companies .. which absolutely sucks .. the CEO is cheap and does not at all value his employees, and that is why everyone quits within 6 months or gets promoted, more than 75% of my training class has left, and now I understand why
