      - One Medical Membership - Saw a lot of internal mobility - Cool product - Overall nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Little to no perks - Company pushes to keep growing without building infrastructure - People department is a chaotic mess that burns people out, but leadership sweeps this under the rug and boasts that “Doordash is a place you will do the best work of your life and grow the most” - High attrition - Onboarding experience was very lackluster - Culture at the time I was there did not encourage Work Life Balance - Some people slip through interview process but aren’t really competent in their roles

You will never know if you are truly meeting expectations because the system is intentionally opaque. Approach with caution if you value transparency and clear communication.
