Excellent talent. Dedication to delivery and exceeding client expectations.

This is a smaller company where you have to find your own way to advance. Not a con for me, but could be for some who prefer a larger organization.

Our team utilizes various methods of communication to stay connected and organized while working from various locations around the globe. Open communication is highly valued; this is evident in daily conversations with leadership and co-workers who are happy to provide ideas, feedback, and assistance. This value is also extended externally to remote projects with clients leading to creative and collaborative solutions. Doppio is genuinely concerned with its employee happiness and wellbeing, empowering employees to learn and grow.

Doppio Group provides ample freedom to create; but occasionally, when project complexities arise, clearer directive from management is required. However, management is genial and easy to contact when this occurs.
