Dorner has a great work environment. Everyone is very respectful to each other. All the employees are very willing to help to answer questions that I have. When mistakes happen, my boss understands and assures me that I know what I did wrong so I won't do it again.

Cons

Their is often times where things need to get done urgently as like any other workplace.

Most of the people are great to work with

Dorner used to be about providing a good product and taking care of the customer, the rest took care of itself. Now it is about month, quarter or year end financials. Squeezing everything they can out of you, and a inferior product for the customer.
