Pros
The pay and extras( pay you for everything) used to be tops for a driver but not so much anymore. The new pencil slingers upstairs figure to cut cost while cutting miles but but not adding home time. Used to be 3k a WK common now ( w/ out a word from managers) its be happy w/ 2500 miles. And it takes longer time out to get that. Told what they think you wanna hear but as soon as you leave the office...it all changes. Open door policy?? Yup as long as you sit down, shut up and fall in line w/ whatever they want. Safety?? As long as it don't hinder their profits. Was there 10 years and first 8 were wonderful... now its just another run of the mill common carrier. Sad what them kids have done to their dads dream.
Cons
Lost all concept of a family oriented company. Unless your name is Tracy
