      Working a lot on their culture, focused on employee experience, and dedicated to actually changing the issues of the past. Lots of exec focus on women in leadership!

      Cons

      Infrastructure needs some upgrading (tech and physical) but teams are working on it, it’s acknowledged and on the priority list, which is great to see.
