Pros
I began working at Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in when COVID-19 began. The swiftness at which the Human Resources and overall leadership came together to develop policies, address concerns with bi-weekly meetings, and recognize team members who went above and beyond to serve the organization was amazing. Meetings were started with care, concern, and patience for what employees were going through both personally and professionally. Even while the pandemic continued, DFS still kept moving forward with innovating new services to support customers. Overall, I felt the compensation was competitive and there is an increasing focus on diversity.
Cons
People who are not comfortable with ambiguity may not fare well at DFS. In the time I was here, the culture was shifting toward hiring staff who were thinking ahead to the next stages of the business and how they could contribute to moving it forward.
