Pros
they pay decently and it's a small enough company
Cons
There is no respect for authority in this company. Top level management was okay, but a lot of directors and managers are absolutely incompetent and yet still think they can tell their peers or others how to do their job, but then point fingers if there are any issues. the worst team to have to deal with was Continuous Improvement, and the new QA/CI director specifically showed me that I needed a new home, he constantly lied in our meetings, which I'm sure there was more of I'm not aware of, and was so desperate as to always take credit for the work for his team when they did do something well, and only those who connived and are as dishonest are able to get any credit: the good workers suffer while the bad ones get worse and worse and get rewarded. No one stood up to him and his cronies because they don't want to lose their jobs. This company could be a lot more successful if it wasn't for people like them! I am so much happier not having anything to do with this TOXIC work place.
