Pros
The culture has changed for the better from when it was Wayne Fueling Systems. I have noticed more of a "startup" type culture where your coworkers feel more like family and friends. The president, David Crouse, is awesome. He is very open and transparent in the town hall meetings, and seems very approachable. He and his executive staff have done a great job coping through the pandemic and trying to keep everyone included while we work remotely. Recognition is a big part of the culture. People are pretty good at calling out achievements with PACE awards, and Hero of the Week nominations that are seen by the entire company. It feels good to see your name announced. It gives a sense of pride in your work and keeps you pushing forward knowing that it is being noticed. I really enjoy working here and feel that we all have job security with our current leadership.
Cons
So far my only con is that we are in the middle of a few big product launches so the work/life balance has faded. I don't feel like this is permanent, so I am not that worried about it.
