      401K matching, raise every quarter depending on your performance, most people are nice. Management gives you feedback and they ask employees what they can do for improvement. Bonus every year.

      Cons

      You just don't know what time you're getting off work. Sometimes long hours sometimes no hours. This job is ok for single people.
