Pros

- they serve breakfast on Thursdays and add lunch on top of it to everyone on Fridays - good people, a lot of them are willing to share their stories and are very hard working people -as an intern I am treated extremely well

Cons

- as an intern only here for 9 weeks, I am paid at least 4 dollars more than the workers on the production line even if many of them have been here for years - many of the workers don’t know when they get off work and only let them know about 2 hours before the “written” finish time if they need to stay longer. This gets especially more upsetting to see when they come back on Monday to tell me they only had 1 day of the week that they weren’t working when it’s suppose to be 3 days off per week for them - just from where I am, I am able to see that temp employees are not treated the same as those hired directly from Dover. I understand the point is that they aren’t here for a long time, but it’s to the point that they are treated bad. what sucks however is the fact that even though they are pushed to do other peoples work and what have you, they are to scared to say anything to get help about it bc they are in fear of being fired. A lot of the workers here are minorities and have families so they can’t just up and leave a job
