We agree that overtime can be great … and sometimes not so great. We work hard with our sales team to forecast and adjust our staffing to ensure quality and on-time deliveries, but there are occasions when we get big orders (which is great for business) that require a tight turn-around time (not so great for those working long hours). It’s thanks to our amazing team members that we can accommodate fluctuating demands, and for that we are truly appreciative.
