The River Lee and the whole of The Doyle Collection is committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for team members so I am extremely disappointed to hear about your experience. We continuously look for ways to enhance our team members experience with a high standard of staff food. Upon consultation with all departments we recently met with the kitchen team to ensure the offerings are suitable and varied for all tastes. Communication is an area that we are resolute in promoting every day and understand how vital it is to boost morale and ensure everyone has a voice.
