      Enjoyed the company and their flexibility. I did leave right before the unlimited PTO went into effect, but up until then it was really great.

      Cons

      Your Draper experience really had a lot to do with the group you were in.

      Everyone is super nice and there is opportunity for movement upwards and into different departments.

      Pay is a little low but other then that absolutely amazing.
