      Pros

      Good work life balance. Opportunities to have them pay for graduate courses. The library will purchase books on request, regardless of if they are related to the work.

      Cons

      Difficult to maneuver matrix organization. You are hired into one task, and it is hard to move into other tasks. You have to network in person, but this is difficult because of the size of the company and how quickly positions fill up.

      Everyone is super nice and there is opportunity for movement upwards and into different departments.

      Pay is a little low but other then that absolutely amazing.
