Pros
At least in my part of the organization there are lots of leadership opportunities for younger employees (especially with a PhD). I get to work on a pretty wide variety of interesting projects.
Cons
DEI is lacking and undervalued by management. IT/IS can be slow to the point of impacting project execution at times. Hopefully these will improve with recent management changes but it is too early to tell.
