Pros

The benefits are fantastic. I've yet to come across a benefits package like Draper's. This is the reason why most people stay.

Cons

You will be over worked and underpaid. Depending on your team, micromanagement is a priority over the mental health of employees. Managers are all talk . They have no desire to mentor you or help you grow. They would rather put in effort to make you miserable and make you feel like you're worthless. Don't expect any praise, promotions, significant raises, etc... Management will find ways to reprimand you instead of teach you. Management will put the blame on you and throw you under the bus before taking accountability for their actions. They will step on anybody to get further in the company.

Pros

Everyone is super nice and there is opportunity for movement upwards and into different departments.

Cons

Pay is a little low but other then that absolutely amazing.
