Pros
Phone app to do assignments is very convienent. you work alone sometimes and you kind of make your own schedule but most assignments have to be completed betwwen mon-fri. but your supervisor may want them all done by Wednesday because he/she wants off
Cons
2 weeks you get bum rushed with a lot of projects making about 40/50 hours if you don't crack up and then for 3/4 weeks you can end up with only 3/7 hours even with your own territory. Training horrible, because you may get trained on one project but then after that more projects come up but all is different and this is when u crack up specially if you are with a team that has no idea like you.
