Pros
Hours are slightly customizable, good for people who mainly want to do part-time work, can work at your own pace. They are very forgiving I you make mistakes, you may get a lecture but that's about it. You get weekends off so their is a lot of free time but don't plan on having enough money to do anything fall/winter unless you have more than 4 stores, which if you are planning on this being part-time you are not gonna want.
Cons
Don't plan on ever getting much of a raise. They work you to death at the beginning of the year and then barely give you enough hours to get by during the fall/winter months. Its difficult to get a hold of your boss when you actually need help. Sometimes it is hard to get you work finished properly due to store conditions. Honestly I don't believe employees are getting paid enough for some of the work we are assigned, which leads me to also put in that some resets can be ridiculous. They work their good employees to hard and sweep the bad ones under the rug and do not fire them.
