Low Pay, for the amount of territory you manage. Over works you and always has high expectations with no benefits. Doesn't follow the labor law and this company has been sued several times. No proper training. I've seen numerous times upper management fire people, without proper guidelines and respect. They play favoritism. Company doesn't care about the people that matters the most, their merchandisers.
