No consistency on hours, one week maybe you get 20 hrs and next week maybe 3 hrs, a lot of small projects 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and you only get paid Drivetime after 60 miles. Then you have to take pictures and put everything on the computer so you end doing a lot of extra work and don't get paid for it.
