Pros
No pros since to get paid you to have email payroll, no phone number. For drive time they tell you it below the per hour work rate, but they don't elll you they pay $.75 instead of $7.25 with is Federal and Texas state law.
Cons
Management is non responsive, don't read emails or reply, don't answer to phone calls. Had to send threatening email to get first paycheck. Posted a work week of Tue- Fri, since I had prior commitment Routinely had projects scheduled for Sat and Mon.
