Pros
Very flexible work schedule, great job for a stay-at-home mother. You never have to go into an office.
Cons
The pay is terrible and a lot of the time the amount of time you are given to do a job isn't sufficient. You have to use your own ink, paper and cell data and you aren't reimbursed for it. Some weeks you may only have 6 hours of work and the next you may have 20.
