Pros
Hours are flexible. District Managers are good about keeping in contact. In-store job requirements are usually easy to follow.
Cons
Low pay, might get paid $5 an hour or less if they don't give you enough time to do a project. Their website design is horrible. Not user-friendly. Some jobs you can't input data when they are completed, you have to wait until the date it is due even if you get it done earlier. Very shady in how they compute mileage and time for reimbursement. Have to use your own paper and ink, adds up fast!
