Is no longer flexible they are setting the hours and making you sign a contract agreeing to drastically underpaid mileage. As far as managers go they're useless you will not get a raise I've been with this company 4 years! Try another merchandiser before you even think about this one they will mess with your hours they will not give you a raise and they do not appreciate you at all we are way overworked and so badly underpaid !!!
