      You can work a very flexible schedule, also the payouts are weekly and they are a 24hr operation.

      Cons

      The pay scale could start out a little higher. No room for advancement or promotion.

      A major pro for me is that everyone on the team is always quick to help no matter the circumstance.

      The only con I can think of is I wish I worked here full-time.
