      Used to be great company to work for until bought out by franchise that makes their own rules. Lost its integrity and does not live by company core values.

      Pros

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
