I worked for the company for a long time and had really high hopes when I started. I loved working there until the last 4-5 months. Everything changed and stylists and bartenders were treated with no respect. Our regular clients were not receiving the customer service they deserved and were accustomed to from our new management. We were given no room for advancement or raises. It basically turned into a blow-dry sweatshop. We were constantly being micromanaged by upper management who have no salon background. Constant back to back blow-drys with little to no down time is an unacceptable standard and causes a lot of turn over in the salon. Also the music was so loud I could never hear my clients.
