      Pros

      Free blowouts! Great people get hired and you can make long term friends. Great concept of a company, with SO much potential, and massive growth

      Cons

      Zero structure! Absolutley none, it's sink or swim and oyu will most likely swim. The world is expected out of their empolyees, but little is returned

      Pros

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
