      Pros

      Steady income, you don't need a following, great atmosphere and I LOVED my coworkers

      Cons

      health insurance isn't great, we worked at a franchise and the owner was awful, never once met him and he closed our location SO abruptly, just by not paying rent. HATED him, but loved DryBar as a company

      Pros

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
