Pros
Job security is great. So many projects to design. Decent pay but benefits have declined drastically. Good year end bonuses.
Cons
Management is continually making unreasonable demands to exempt employees. Salaries are well below mid-point and benefits are very expensive. Raises do not come close in covering the insurance costs. Employees are treated like second hand citizens with no respect to their most valued asset; THE EMPLOYEE!!!!
