Good place to work mostly, great manager (currently), flexible work schedule, great team, challenging, good pay, retirement plan is great, health care plan is great

Cons

IT Operations is lacking severely in skillset and desire to perform IT duties well. Only ticket driven and no monitoring at all.

Pros

I had a great supervisor and a great manager James and Kelly are the best! Also, the other team members for or for the most part great to work with and very supportive. I did enjoy the team atmosphere a great deal.

Cons

Upper management sucks they micromanage and won’t allow those who they manage over and they’re supervisors to make their own decisions regarding their employees. The production standards along with the chart difficulty are mismatched. I would be surprised if they were able to retain any really good coders because the salary is not competitive and upper management makes the culture there very very weary and tedious.
