Pros
Its a place to work.
Cons
Constantly told one thing on the phone about benefits, etc. Then getting denied for any type of benefit we apply for. My wife applied for early enrollment for insurance, because I finished out 4 years in the Marine Corps and we lost tricare. Spoke to a lady on the phone, lady "enrolled us" in a new insurance policy through Duke lifepoint. She said she just needed a letter from tricare but we were good and enrolled. The next week my wife had a baby and there are obviously tons of Medical bills to go along with that. Low and behold we received bills in the mail stating we had to pay out of pocket because we had no insurance. Then about a week later my wife received an email stating that our insurance application was denied because us losing coverage because of a loss of a job "major life event" if you didn't know, isn't a good enough reason for these people. They didn't tell us we were denied till almost a MONTH after us applying and me exiting the service. This is just one of many experiences with these useless people. We were also denied short term disability because we were only 4 days short of the cutoff when my wife was out for 8-10 weeks, but we're told 2 weeks before on the phone that we were good and would receive it. Then a week into her being out of work were told that it was denied.
