Pros
The facility I’ve worked at under Duke Life point, is one of the best places to work in any healthcare setting. It definitely feels like coming home and I’ve been grateful for my experience working with the other hospital staff. Everyone is so encouraging, sweet and friendly. It’s a special place to work because of the people in it.
Cons
I’ve definitely felt that the staff have been under appreciated often. But not everyone is here just to be thanked. However, it helps so much to be kind and compassionate to all the hard workers.
