Staff is all friendly, easy to get along with.

Some days are short staffed, which makes the day harder, but still manageable.

You work with really great providers and coworkers.

Management isn't really there, and when they are they mess everything up thinking they have a better way of doing a job they don't do. They will come in and close an entire office and tell you it's your last day.
