Pros
- very supportive and friendly team - room for growth and advancement opportunities - Getting to work in a fun industry that is constantly evolving and growing - Management is very appreciative of your work and always willing to help you out with any concerns/questions. Plus they do not micro-manage you which is great if you're someone that likes to show leadership and have good time-management skills.
Cons
- As most reviews mentioned, it's pretty demanding and the work load is heavy. However, although it's overwhelming at times, you get to learn so much about an industry that is hard to get into. Plus, I personally find that the day to day tasks are actually fun and you get to work with cool brands, it's really more bout making sure you're organized.
