      Pros

      I cannot think of any pros. It was the most toxic work environment I had ever experienced.

      Cons

      No matter how hard you try.Management will try to blame you for anything that goes wrong. Very vindictive. And absolutely awful experience. The more you do, the more you're blamed if anything goes wrong. Employees are tattling on each other so that they can make themselves look good. I went through the chain of command and reported all of this to the c e o and everyone else there.And it did no good. My advice is to stay away from this place. The best thing about it is the clients. But you will get no support from anyone in this company.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, Overtime was available during my employment, individuals were great to work with, PTO and PTO buyout.

      Cons

      Very toxic upper management, chain of command not being taken seriously, emergencies not addressed properly, cliques formed within management and staff creating an unfavorable environment.
