Pros
The only pro I can think of is being able to work from home, but it’s still not worth it.
Cons
If I could have given Dungarvin zero stars I would. The upper management at Dungarvin does not care about any of the employees, only money. Not only will they not listen to you or prioritize your mental health, they will hold a grudge against you for trying to advocate for yourself and make your entire job miserable. They will try to bully you. I loved being a case manager and I was good at my job, but this agency, specifically the upper management of the case management department drove me to quit and be unemployed. I would rather be unemployed than work for this agency again. Dungarvin was the main reason for me developing anxiety and they literally don’t care about their employees or the mental health of their employees. They favorite certain people and treat the rest like crap. For the sake of your own mental health, DO NOT WORK THERE! It’s not worth it no matter how good the pay is. The benefits also are not good.
