      The students are always the best part of working in Higher Ed. I was able to be creative in the beginning .

      Since the college is small, it is hard to advance for some. Until recently folks in my group had to leave the college in order to advance

      As an Adjunct part-time, there is a limit on the number of courses taught in a year, which limits the total earnings.
