Pros

I joined Durlston Partners about a year and a half ago, and I can safely say they have one of the best environments for agency recruitment imaginable. Having been promoted a couple of times in a short space of time, and seeing a similar trend across many of the juniors who have joined, the opportunity for career progression is unmatched. Not to mention the amazing people, social events and a near-constant stream of delicious treats from Deliveroo.

Pros

I joined DP from an environment with very little support or training. Over the last 18 months the whole team has played a huge role in my growth both personally and professionally. The culture is fair, collaborative and transparent. If any conflict does come up, it is very rare and always handled quickly and professionally. Management genuinely wants everyone to succeed and makes sure no one gets left behind. There is a lot of autonomy to work on what you are interested in, but also plenty of support if you want guidance. We collaborate closely across all three offices, which means you get to see the roles and opportunities globally. Client relationships are fantastic and often lead to exclusive roles. Even as a junior, I had the chance to attend client meetings and manage relationships directly which was such valuable experience. The team is amazing. Everyone celebrates wins big or small and there is a real sense of wanting the best for each other. Recruitment can sometimes bring out the worst in people but DP brings out the best :) The incentives are excellent and keep everyone motivated. Hours are great for the industry and being able to work out at lunch is a big plus.

Cons

Lots of cookie orders and Deliveroo
