Window Stalkers, Short staffed, DIRTY Store, HOMEWORK AND TESTS? - Bro-ista Dutch Bros. Employee Review

I've been here and hated every single day. I stay because I need the money. I'm a hard working happy person, but customer service in my city isn't desirable. We get slammed with only 3 people a shift allotted. The store will become a mess as people order 4+ drinks a car and people get mad. Window is HORRIBLE. WINDOW IS HORRIBLE. I was scheduled window 2 weeks back to back everyday and accumulated 4 random Facebook stalkers and a meth head who comes looking for me everyday. They tell you to be nice, but this isn't it. I sit at the window talking to an angry customer who knows I should be making their drink, not discussing their nails or the latest phones/clothes.
