Pros
Free drinks, (sometimes) good music
Cons
Terrible hours, I worked in a college town and the university student's schedules were prioritized over mine as a soon-to-be parent. On that note, forcing employees to run outside no matter what the situation is. If the AQI is below 400, you have to stay outside. If you're pregnant, you still have to stay outside. If you're new, your position will be runner for the next five months. The environment is similar to working with your high school bullies for five hours straight regardless of how they treated you while you were a customer. I wish I could list all of the grievances I experienced with this company, but the biggest thing I want to mention is HQ and management protect people who s*xually a*sault the baristas. My operator protected not one, but three people who were accused of a*saulting underage broistas. I encourage you to go onto X/Twitter and read up on how broistas really feel about working at Dutch Bros.
