Good benefits and decent pay.

Cons

The company is not managed very well. As a subsidiary of PACCAR, this division is treated like a step child compared to the other divisions. This stifles growth, creativity, and will leaves Dynacraft doing less interesting and innovative work due to a restricted budget. Also, unless you live in McKinney TX where the headquarters is located, you can forget about much job growth opportunity.

Lack of communication Lack of an understanding of a job they are hiring for HR doesn’t take issues seriously Coworkers don’t like if you have disabilities Lack of good trainers/training Double standards and favoritism They don’t “check on you” once you’re thrown in your area Not a supportive environment They are non union and give you two ten minute breaks
