Pros
There used to be a really long list of amazing things to say regarding this company. Now we are down to just one aside from the fact that your paycheck is deposited on time every time. Great colleagues and team mates are the only remaining good thing RSN has going for it. Seriously, there are some awesome, hard working, smart and fun people at the bottom of the org chart.
Cons
Unfortunately, inexperienced and inept management abounds. Those in management make knee jerk decisions which means that there is vey little consistent accountability or ownership anywhere. There have been layoffs, "restructuring", several shifts in focus and a new CEO...all in the past year. They claim to offer unique and forward thinking benefits but they are taking them away now. Consulting firms were brought in and now everything that made this company great is slowly fading away - including the best and brightest employees at ground level. Business is dwindling. Raises are nearly nothing. Training is non-existent. We seem to be lost in minutia and digging the hole deeper as opposed to focusing on the main objective - profitable business and revenue growth.
