Pros
Flexible schedule. The entry level position will work well for those who are either going through school or are looking for a part time job.
Cons
Where to start. In three years that I worked there, I learned that there are no limits to the deception that the company will put out. It's starts at senior management, and flows through to lower management, eventually hitting the call centers and phone interviewers. The company cannot bring itself to admit that it is doing poorly in the phone operations front of the company. They have shut down three call centers and also demoted management and supervisors to keep costs low. While the company attributes this to a slow "post political season", I have been personally privy to conversations where the company realizes that it is in a bad way. You cannot win here. Also, you are simply a number that can be replaced. Don't feel that you are valued, because you are not. And don't even get me started on the low pay.
