Pros
Brilliant people and was a fantastic atmosphere in the London office - was a privilege to be a part of the team as the company exploded in growth. Will be surprised if I ever find another job as satisfying as the time at RN.
Cons
As the company grew, it became more mature, corporate and lost a bit of the fun.
